Terms of use.

CURĀ is operated by RYPE Agency. These terms apply to the CURĀ website, customer accounts, digital products, downloadable files and related services. By using the store or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

CURĀ supplies downloadable Photoshop mockups and related digital assets. No physical product is shipped. You are responsible for confirming software compatibility before purchase and for maintaining a secure backup after download.

Digital access is connected to the customer account and email used at checkout. Keep your account access secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment and checkout are processed by Shopify and enabled third-party payment providers. Taxes, currency conversion and payment-provider charges may apply according to your location and payment method.

Digital sales are generally final after access has been provided. We will assess requests involving a duplicate purchase, corrupt file or verified access failure. These terms do not exclude remedies required under applicable consumer law.

Unless a product page says otherwise, CURĀ mockups require the latest desktop version of Adobe Photoshop and use Smart Objects. We do not guarantee compatibility with Canva, Figma, Procreate, Affinity or future versions of third-party software.

A purchase grants one customer or one internal business team a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the mockup in personal and commercial presentations and client work. Flattened exports may be used in portfolios, proposals, campaigns, websites, case studies, social content and marketing.

You must not resell, share, transfer, redistribute or sublicense the editable files; include them in another template or asset product; upload them to a shared public library; use them to train an AI system; create NFTs from them; or use them for unlawful or misleading purposes. Editable files may not be supplied to clients or external collaborators.

All intellectual property in CURĀ products, art direction, imagery, design and source files remains with CURĀ and RYPE Agency. Purchasing a product grants a licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership.

We work to keep product information, customer access and downloads accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or a particular commercial result. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update products, services and these terms when operational, legal or security requirements change. Access may be suspended where an account or file is used in breach of these terms.
