How CURĀ handles digital purchases, customer information and the use of its files.
Effective July 2026We collect information needed to operate the website and fulfil orders, including your name, email address, billing details, account information and order history. Payment information is processed by Shopify and its payment providers; CURĀ does not store complete payment-card details.
We use this information to process purchases, provide secure digital access, respond to support requests, maintain accounts, prevent fraud and—where you have opted in—send studio news or product updates.
Information may be shared with service providers that operate essential parts of the store, including Shopify, payment processors, hosting, authentication, file delivery, email and analytics. We do not sell or rent customer information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the security of CURĀ and its customers.
The website may use essential cookies for customer sessions, cart and checkout, plus limited analytics that help us understand performance and improve the store. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser where available, although disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the store from working.
All CURĀ products are digital. Because access is provided shortly after verified payment, sales are generally final once a file has been accessed. Contact us if you purchased the same item twice, received a corrupt file or cannot access an order. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
Purchased mockups may be used in personal and commercial design presentations and for an unlimited number of client projects. You may publish flattened exports in portfolios, proposals, websites, campaigns and social content.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or make editable CURĀ source files available to another person, public library, marketplace or template service. Files may not be used to train AI systems or to create NFTs.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. For access, correction or deletion requests, or any privacy and policy question, email studio@bycura.co.
